- How is pricing structured?
- We bill per invoice / EWB / IRN, with a generous free tier for new accounts. Detailed pricing tiers are published on the Pricing page.
- Do you support sandbox testing?
- Yes. Every account can switch between NIC sandbox and production. You can dry-run an EWB or IRN end-to-end without touching live NIC.
- How is my data protected?
- TLS in transit. Encryption at rest. httpOnly + host-scoped refresh-token cookies. Per-tenant data isolation. Audit log for every sensitive action. DPDP-Act-aware data handling.
- Which GST flows are supported?
- Outward B2B, B2C, SEZ (with / without payment), Export (with / without payment), Deemed Export, and URP buyers. All 12 NIC sub-supply types are aligned.
- Can I export my data if I leave?
- Yes. CSV / Excel export of invoices, EWBs, IRNs, and audit logs. We do not lock data behind proprietary formats.
- What is your refund policy?
- See our Refund & Cancellation Policy in Legal. Briefly: pro-rata refund of unused, prepaid usage within 7 days of purchase, exclusive of statutory taxes.
- What happens during a NIC outage?
- Our worker uses exponential backoff with bounded retries. If NIC is down, your jobs are queued and resumed automatically when service returns. You will see an "EWB pending" state with the last NIC error code surfaced.
- Do you offer onboarding support?
- Yes. Bulk imports from your existing ERP, GSTIN credential onboarding, and a single-point-of-contact during your first invoice cycle.
